We finally departed Dallas on our way to Tyler, Texas. 

After 40 minutes of gridlock with trucks, cars, bicycles, and trains in a small Texas town we were on our way.

Hills, hills, and more hills.  The terrain is rolling and Animal is complaining. 

Thus far, we have dedicated three hills to Bob and two to Tami, mostly around Elmo, Texas.  At the rate that we are climbing hills, we should have a hill dedicated to every employee of Ohio Willow Wood.

Even the truck was having trouble getting up the hills so Joe is shown here giving it a push.

The rain clouds finally parted for our arrival at the Healthsouth Rehab Hospital of Tyler, Texas.  We met a fellow bicyclist, Greg, and several of his riding companions from the Tyler Bicycle Club.  Greg is recovering from a bicycle/truck collision but will be back riding sooner than anyone thinks.  As usual, we were treated like celebrities and want to thank Sharla Anderson for her graciousness in hosting our visit.  In every case, our visits to Healthsouth facilities have exceeded our highest expectations and we are truly grateful for the wonderful support given to us along our route of travel.
