Here we see Joe (special ed) planning the day's u-turns.

This time Joe out did himself. Not only did he find us a dirt road, but the added attraction of nowhere to go.

Otto joined us for a day of riding from Topeka to Lawrence.  Notice the look on Otto's face. He is wondering how these guys made it this far. When we finally got to Lawrence he had enough and rode back to Topeka shaking his head.

Dan who is Joe Kalicki's father, joined us in Kansas City. Here he  is seen explaining to Kip the finer points of how to ride a road bike.

The motley crew prepares for the grand entrance to Healthsouth in Kansa City.

Oops, they overshot the main entrance and had to sneak around the side. They were not about to give in to the temptation of yet another u-turn.

A nice reception by the staff and patients.

The two criminals pretending that they are really good people. It doesn't appear that their parole officers are falling for it.

We enjoyed answering the questions from the staff and patients both in the group Q&A as well as meeting individual patients.  Bobbie Jones is shown taking it all in.  A sweet lady we enjoyed meeting and talking with.

Ouida  shared a lot with us and we really enjoyed talking and laughing together. We wish her all the best in her recovery.

Our thanks to Tiffany Woods for her efforts in bringing all of this together.  Her support and hospitality provided us with a great visitation.
