HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Montgomery

Seven AAA team members and alumn (Joe, John, Dick, Richard, AJ, Doc and John Keating) were met by about twenty folks from Montgomery, Alabama for the ceremonial ride-in. They included a half dozen kids, several amputees and employees from HealthSouth and AAL&OS. Quite a handful! |

Yesterday morning, several anonymous firemen paid for our breakfast. So today, as we rode by Firehouse 12, we stopped to thank the firemen for the important work they do. We had a motorcycle and a fire truck as an escort, and they did a great job.

What a reception we got at HealthSouth! The reception committee are waiting for us to show up. There were lots of patients, staff and several dignitaries - along with balloons, tents and treats, to welcome us in. Thanks for making us feel so appreciated! |
